C Series Maintenance Guide¶
Regular maintenance keeps your Yumi C Series printer running at peak performance. Follow this schedule to prevent issues and extend the life of your machine.
Maintenance Schedule¶

Automatic Reminders¶
Your SmartPad tracks maintenance intervals automatically. When a task is due:
- A popup appears on the KlipperScreen after boot
- A colored indicator shows the status:
- Green = OK, not due yet
- Orange = Due soon
- Red = Overdue
- Tap "Guide" next to any task to scan a QR code with your phone for step-by-step instructions
Accessing Maintenance Panel¶
On your SmartPad: Menu > More > Maintenance
The panel shows:
- Print time and extrusion counters
- Per-YMS extrusion breakdown
- Scheduled maintenance tasks with countdown
- Alerts for overdue items
What You Need¶
- Lubricant oil (for X/Y linear rails)
- Lubricant grease (for Z lead screw)
- IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and lint-free cloth
- Needle or cold-pull filament for nozzle cleaning
